Terms and Conditions

Family Business Australia and New Zealand (FBANZ) reserves the right to alter this program or specific workshop presenters without further notice; however, it is intended to run as advertised. The personal information that you provide for registration purposes will be used by FBANZ for administrative contact, marketing activities and may be disclosed to third party contractors and sponsors.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager. Cancellations received before 31 March 2023 will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $250 per person. After this date no refunds will apply, however substitute delegates can be accommodated up until 14 April 2023.

Travel & Health Insurance
It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss incurred in the case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The organisers of the Family Business Conference May 2023 will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants. FBANZ will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to FBANZ conference delegates, either during or as a result of the conference.

Photography and Video-recording
An FBANZ official photographer will be taking photographs of delegates and their families during the conference event for use in ongoing promotion of the organisation and its services. In addition, some conference sessions may be video-recorded. If you do not wish your image to be reproduced, please notify the Conference Manager in writing prior to the conference event.

Force Majeure
In the event that the Family Business Conference May 2023 is unable to take place due to force majeure, all registration fees paid will be refunded in full.
