FBA reserves the right to alter this program or specific workshop presenters without further notice; however, it is intended to run as advertised.
The personal information that you provide for registration purposes will be used by FBA for administrative contact, marketing activities and may be disclosed to third party contractors and sponsors.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager. Cancellations received before 5 February 2021 will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $220 per person. After this date no refunds will apply, however substitute delegates can be accommodated up until 26 February 2021.
Travel & Health Insurance
It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss incurred in the case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The organisers of The Family Business Conference March 2021 will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants. FBA will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to FBA conference delegates, either during or as a result of the conference.
Photography and Video-recording
An FBA official photographer will be taking photographs of delegates and their families during the conference event for use in ongoing promotion of the organisation and its services. In addition, some conference sessions may be video-recorded. If you do not wish your image to be reproduced, please notify the Conference Manager in writing prior to the conference event.
In the event that The Family Business Conference March 2021 is unable to take place due to force majeure, all registration fees paid will be refunded in full.
