Tim is one of Australia’s foremost thinkers on purpose-driven business strategy and impact measurement.
Founder of impact strategy agency Hatched, and impact measurement platform ROOY, Tim has dedicated his career to enabling businesses to use their influence as a force for good, adopt a profit-for-purpose mindset, and be resilient in times of change.
Tim played a key role in bringing B Corp to Australia/NZ and regularly presents to and mentors large groups in Australia and abroad. He’s provided strategic guidance to some of Australia’s most purpose-driven organisations including Aesop, Intrepid Travel and Outland Denim and continues to find meaningful ways to design and measure impact in all of his recent and upcoming projects.
