Lielette Calleja is the founder and director of All That Counts and has been assisting her clients with their management accounting needs since 2004.
She is on a mission to remove small business pain points around their accounting nightmares.
Prior to starting up her own business Lielette held senior finance positions in the commercial private sector primarily in the entertainment and music industry.
Lielette wanted to take her corporate governance experience from big business and apply it to small business. She believed that being small does not mean you need to think small and nor should you have inadequate financials.
Lielette is a long-time industry advocate for the accounting and bookkeeping profession and is extremely passionate about the upskilling and training of BAS Agents to ensure their skills remain relevant for tomorrow and beyond.
Lielette is the Public Officer & Secretary for the Sydney Hills Business Chamber and a former Director of Association of Accounting Technicians.
Lielette is the recipient of several awards. In 2019 she was the winner of Accountant’s Daily Editor’s Choice Award for her dedication to championing professionalism and progress in the Australian accounting industry. In 2017 her firm was named Australian Intuit Firm of The Future and in 2016 Lielette was awarded the Sydney Hills Businessperson of Year.
